I get it. You like to write your own sales copy. Can’t fault you for that.
And if you’re like most folks, you wanna get started right now.
BUT
have you completed the thorough research needed to create converting copy?
- Have you asked your target audience the right questions (or any questions at all)?
- What about interviews?
Have you called up previous customers and asked them their thoughts?
- Do you know who you’re marketing to in detail?
Where they hang out?
What solutions they need?
- How about strategy?
Have you given thought to how your landing/sales page is going to fit in the larger picture?
Know how social media plays into the puzzle, or email marketing?
Most Importantly
Have you done enough research to confidently say you know EXACTLY what makes your product unique?
Do you know how to pitch it to people in a way that makes you stand out from the crowd?
Did you find your “big idea”?
If you’ve answered “no” or “not quite” or “not yet” to any of these questions, STOP.
You’re not ready to write your sales page. If your copy isn’t going to connect with the right audience, using the right words, in a way that’s going to get their brain thinking, you might as well be selling a book report on Frankenstein.
If you are like most people, conducting research is NOT the fun part to the writing process, but it is a crucial.
Folks like me—giant word nerds galore—love this part, though.
We’ll start with a week’s worth of research:
We’ll send out surveys to your list and gather their thoughts.
I’ll conduct 4 interviews of past clients to uncover the nitty gritty details of what really keeps them up at night, and I’ll select 1 of those interviews to turn into a case study.
In between, I’ll be researching academic articles, news sources, books, blog posts, social media musings and more to start gathering the puzzle pieces.
The second week is spent:
Assembling your customer avatar
Writing your case study
Crafting your big idea (from found research and interviews)
Compiling competitor analysis
Whipping together a simple marketing strategy based on target customer hotspots
Creating your compelling brand story
You only need one previous customer to get the ball rolling. And if you don’t have many previous customers, I’ll chat with those you want to work with.
You’ll receive the transcripts of the interviews, as well as a compiled testimonials sheet (if applicable) to use in marketing- such as your website, emails, sales pages, social media posts, etc. I’ll also craft a compelling story that shows the before and after of one of your satisfied clients with the case study.
There’s nothing more attention-grabbing than a good old rags to riches story, and you and (more importantly) your future clients will see the transformation you offer them in your case study. Everyone has a story to tell, after all, and beyond the case study, I’ll be sure to include your unique brand story that highlights your “why”.
In a world driven by “why”,
knowing and telling yours allows you to connect
with target customers on a soul level.
All-in-all, you’ll get:
‣ Case study (1)
‣ Testimonials sheet
‣ Interview transcripts
‣ Customer avatar
‣ Competitor analysis
‣ Product benefits- fan favs
‣ Brand story (1)
‣ List of found USPs- uncover “big idea”
‣ Summary of avatar hotspots
‣ Simple marketing promotion strategy
With your gathered research, it’s easy peasy to hop right into the writing.
You know exactly who you’re talking to, what bothers them & how you can help, what makes you stand out from the crowd, and more!
And once you’re done writing, share it with the world
with your tailored marketing promotion strategy.
For the low investment price of $2,100, you’ll be armed with individualized research in two weeks. Then, nothin’s stoppin’ ya from sharing your message worldwide, creating a loyal customer base, and doubling, tripling, quadrupling or MORE your ROI.

I cannot recommend Autumn highly enough. We have worked together in a few different capacities, so I have been able to really see how she combines professionalism with compassion and reality. She is dependable, efficient and organized, and always willing to make intuitive suggestions, which has always improved the project she has worked on for me, as well as my satisfaction with it.
